This project is funded through the Thrive Initiative of The North Valley Community Foundation

The vision for this learning project is to identify potential gaps and barriers to accessing the services and supports needed to lessen family stress. We hope to share what we learn with community partners and stakeholders to generate systemic change. We believe community investment is the key to long term success. As such, qualitative and quantitative data will be gathered through family fun community focus groups, community events, and through collaboration with community partners. Cloverleaf is committed to attending outreach events, meetings, and collectives to partner in sharing the needs of our community and filling the gaps in support and service delivery to families.
