Play therapy
Play therapy is a mental health intervention that is designed to provide children the opportunity to grow as healthy and happily as possible, Play therapy involves a trained professional who uses play to communicate with children. The play therapist helps children learn to solve problems, process feelings and change negative behaviors. Play therapy can involve the entire family.
Resourceful Adolescent Program (RAP)
No Cost Program
RAP-A aims to address emotional difficulties such as stress, anxiety, or depression. These emotional difficulties can arise from study demands, performance expectations, school belonging, peer pressure, conflict, and family difficulties. The RAP-A program aims to help young people cope with the challenges of their teenage years.
